Patience is a learnable skill. Please guide me through the process. So that I could learn it either from quran and sunnah or directly from the books of any scholar of Farahi School of Thought. I need pratical training guide. Thanks

As opposed to following your desires, patience can be learned by repeatedly allowing your God given faculties of reason and rationality to rule over your actions. The Quran and the Sunnah tell us that we should practice patience, however, how to do that is beyond the boundaries of religion. Also I’m not aware of any significant works in this regard by any Al-Mawrid scholar.
