Why is this haraam for someone with hair fall to have hair extensions?

Hadith # 5934
Translation:Narrated Aisha (RA) : An Ansari girl was married and she became sick and all her hair fell out intending to provide her with false hair. They asked the Prophet ﷺ who said, “Allah has cursed the lady who artificially lengthens (her or someone elses) hair and also the one who gets her hair lengthened.” -

It was used to deceive and allure the men by women to increase their Haq Maher or by prostitutes. Probably, the prophet disliked it for its common use for bad purposes. However, when there is no such intention or purpose involved, there is no harm in using them.

But in this specific Case her hair fell due to some illness and she was newly married…?

The narrations do not contain all the details. We follow the principle stance and interpreter Ahadith in its light if we could or we have to ignore the ahadith when go against the principle stance for lack of necessary details.
