  Is there anything in islam which gave us guidance or any help to stop any type of addiction ?

  Islam doesn’t provide any guidance in regards to curing an addiction. The religion of God has a limited scope, and it doesn’t transcend the boundaries of that scope. To understand the scope of Islam, please see:
