Giving Riba
Recently I watched a video lecture of Ghamidi sahib about Riba and its prohibition.
Ghamidi sahib is of the view that taking/recieving interest on loan is declared haram by quran but paying interest is not haram.
But the person who pays interest is actually helping the one who takes and disobey the following verse of the holy Quran.
وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ
So how it can be said that paying interest is not a subject matter of Quran?
