Two points create question about this:

Does this hadeeth stop migrating for purposes other than Hijrat to Allah and His messenger?

    2. Migrating from Darul-Islam to Darul-kufr is not allowed.

Is there any darul-Islam in the world? Are the current nation countries eligible to be called darul- kufr?

As a principle, hadith narrations must be understood in the light of the Quran and the Sunnah. The hadith narration you shared (referenced below) is related to the migration of Prophet SAW’s companions.

There is nothing in the Islamic Shariah that prohibits anyone living anywhere in the world. As long as one is able to practice the basic tenets of Islam without facing any religious persecution, they can settle in any land of their choice.
