    How much important it is to have faith in our Sahaba-e-ikram (Companions of Prophet PBUH). How much our (religion) Islam has valued it?

    We should respect them. If we can learn any wisdon from them we should.

    But we are not required to have faith in them. You can read further in this thread for basic belief in Islam
