Repentance Outside Salah
Will Allah accept the repentance if it’s done outside Salah?.
Or asking repentance should be done only during Salah?..

Allah accepts repentance and dua all the time.

Also can one take the name of Allah or recite any surah during the state of impurity?
Like women during menstruation, during ghusl, during urination and defecation?
Like If a woman wants to repent during mensturation or if a man wants to repent by reading any surah during the state of impurity?.

This belongs to manners. Our sense of manners and respect stops us to recite Quran during urination and defecation. However women in her state of impurity can recite Quran and men too.
