Quoting a part of Meezan :
[Just as righteous deeds are necessary for faith, similarly faith is necessary for righteous deeds.]
Does this mean every right deed, no matter who is doing it, no matter if he claim to be a theist or an atheist, in his inner nature, he has some kind of Imaan ?

Iman is something else. It is the believing self. A man can do a righteous deed without having faith. But the one who has faith he does thing with broader look and see its effect in term of pleasing God too.
