Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs.1 And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Aware..
it is written Allah sends down rain… But as we know we can artificially produce rain by doing cloud seeding… Can you please tell javed Ahmed ghamidi sb views regarding this

If you see in the cotext of the verse, it is responding to unbelievers question of when will this hour come. Ghamidi sb writes in his his work following
مطلب یہ ہے کہ ہر چیز کا آخری اور قطعی علم اللہ ہی کے پاس ہے۔ تم اتنی قریب کی اور ایسی واضح حقیقتوں سے بھی بارہا بے خبر رکھے جاتے ہو، لیکن اُن کا انکار نہیں کر دیتے۔ پھر قیامت کے بارے میں اگر یہ نہیں بتایا جا رہا کہ کب آئے گی تو اُسے کیوں مشتبہ ٹھیرایا جائے؟-

I’m not really sure what the issue is. Any artificial means can only attempt to instantiate a process that works according to God’s laws of nature – they’re not responsible for creating it. Cloud seeding can only modify the type or amount of precipitation; not create rain out of nothing. Even the effectiveness of cloud seeding is still largely unknown.
