    In Quran 7:32 Allah says

“………Thus do We detail the verses for a people who know” so by this verse tells us Quran is not confusing and can be understood. Then why are there different interpretations of quran?

For example there is a verse in Quran about earth being spread as a carpet

Qur’an 71:19 “And Allah has made the earth for you as a carpet.

When i read this verse i look at it i understand that it’s talking about earth being flat and i am not alone the scholars in the past had interpreted it the same way but Ghamidi sir is of other opinion, scholars of the past were another opinion, the people of the pasts were of other opinion. I’m not saying Ghamidi is wrong or any other person who interpreted it the other war is wrong, but Quran creates confusions.

Then Ghamidi sir says you can’t interpret the Quran by just looking at the particular verse but Quran wasn’t revealed as a whole book instead it was revealed in parts then I think to understand it who aren’t compelled to read the whole book to understand just a verse.

The confusion happens when people are unable to grasp the Quran language and style.
I think you misunderstood the Ghamidi sb point of view. You can refer to this series of Taruf e quran.

That’s my point! Why did Allah make Quran so difficult to understand when it says “thus we detail the verses for a people who know”

Allah is all-knowing so He knew that in future it’d be difficult for people to understand it and people would be unable to grasp the Quran language and style. So shouldn’t He have made it easier?

For common people, Quran is not difficult to understand at all for the message that it is meant to communicate. It is a book of guidance and that’s what it should be read for.

The problem arises when we try to read it as a book of science or anything else for that matter. If you do that with any book in the world you will certainly be confused.

If in the past people understood verse 71:19 to imagine earth as being flat, it was because of their lack of scientific knowledge about the shape of the earth. That kind of knowledge is dependent upon our observation of this physical world – not the Quran. Quran clearly speaks in human language that was most easy to understand for its direct addressees, and it communicates its message in no uncertain terms. Even today we use words in our everyday language like sunrise and sunset even though we know that the sun neither rises not sets.

I suggest that you watch the playlist shared by Ahsan sahab above for some context and then read a good translation of the entire Quran from cover to cover. In Urdu I prefer Ghamidi sahab’s translation and in English I use Muhammad Asad’s translation. You can pick any translation that you find easy to understand. I’m pretty certain that after reading the entire Quran translation most of your confusion will be subsided in this regard.
