There is a famous story of a companion named Dahie Kalbi.

When he came to accept Islam, he admitted that he had buried 70+ new born girls alive in his life.

So the prophet told him that Allah has forgiven him.

The question here I’ve is that how can Allah forgive huqooq al Ibaad and the crime was horrendous.

I mean even if he wasn’t came across islam in his previous life, he still had conscience and the basic fitrat that Almighty gives everyone so this doesn’t need Islam to verify that it was a crime. He was guilty and doesn’t matter if he was muslim or not.

Pls guide on this because we tell that Almighty is just and will judge people on what the basic nature he has given to people.
