Using Dummy Name For Work
I work for company A. They know my real name.
My company take work from company B. They know my fake name. Actually one employee left and using her name I am working. Whenever I talk with them I use fake name for all interactions. My company asked me to do so.
They give money and work to my company A. And I get money and work directly from company A. Am I committing a major sin? Or any of my income is Haram?

It has to be decided on the grounds of ethics. To tell a lie to deceive someone is sin. If there is no unethical intention is involved, you may use another name. this is no a fake name. it is just another name. To hide one’s identity is one’s right, unless it is done to deceive or harm others.
