Authority Of Leader
Assalamualaikum
In Islam how much authority is given to the leader,like how much power?
And secondly with democracy there comes a little things which seems problems,like if majority gives its leader full power or majority votes for dictatorship or something like that,then would that be acceptable because its against the sole principle of shura(consultation)?
