There are narratives in Bukhari which suggest that Adam (sws) was 60 cubits tall (90 feet):

But similar narratives can also be found in Jewish tradition: a few of Jewish sources regard the height of Adam as 100 cubits (150 feet):
The Talmud (Chagiga 12A) says that Adam was created as tall as one end of the heavens to the other (also described as from earth to the heavens), but after he sinned God made him smaller.

Rashi (Bava Batra 75A) explains that when God made Adam smaller, he shrunk him to 100 Cubits (150 feet):

Therefore, it is hard to conclude whether it was one of the Jewish Traditions that later on became part of Bukhari or its association with Prophet Muhammad (Sws) is authentic.
