And people have become rebellious to the law etc and have become a threat of other people lives. But taking examples he given ” fornication becomes rape”, how rape can become mubarbah because it’s a crime like someone went out with money and a thief theft him and prostitution as well? So how?

A thief steals money trying to keep the owner unaware of his activity, rape on the other hand is not like stealing but like robbery, in which forcefully one is deprived of one’s possession.
