If someone has calculated their zakat in lets say june of last year. Can they calculate it before ramadan this year so they can pay it in ramadan. Or they have to wait till june

Fix any one day of the year for the calculation of Zakah. On all subsequent years, Zakah should be calculated on this day.
One can estimate their Zakah (a rough conservative estimate) and pay in Ramdhan if they want to, with final adjustment being done once final calculation of Zakah is done on the day fixed for Zakat.
