Kia meri 3 taalak valid thi jo sign kia tha.or ek sath he 3 pr sign kia

قرآن مجید کے مطابق ایک رشتہ نکاح میں دو بار طلاق کی گنجایش ہے، تیسری بار طلاق دی جائے تو نکاح ختم ہو جاتا ہے ۔ ایک بار میں تین طلاق شریعت کا حکم نہیں ہے۔ یہ حضرت عمر کے زمانے میں ہوا کہ لوگ طلاق کے معاملے میں بے احتیاطیاں کرنے لگے تو حضرت عمر نے اعلان کیا کہ عدالت میں جو مقدمہ ایک بار میں تین طلاق کا آیا تو میں تین طلاق نافذ کر کے نکاح ختم کرنے کا فیصلہ دوں گا۔ یہ انتظامی حکم تھا، تاکہ مسلمان متنبہ ہوں۔ شریعت کا حکم وہی ہے جو اوپر بیان ہوا۔ ایک بار میں آدمی چاہے کتنی بار ہی طلاق کہہ دے ، وہ ایک بار کی طلاق ہوگی۔
آپ کے بیان کے مطابق یہ ایک طلاق ہوئی ہے۔ ایک طلاق کی صورت میں آپ عدت (تین حیض کی مدت) کے دوران رجوع کر سکتے ہیں اور اگر عدت کا وقت گزر چکا ہو تو تو بغیر حلالہ کے سابقہ بیوی کے ساتھ نیا نکاح کر سکتے ہیں۔

According to the Quran, divorce can be given twice in a marriage. If a divorce is granted a third time, then that is the final divorce and the marriage dissolves permanently.
Three divorces at once is not a Shariah rule. It so happened in the time of Hazrat Umar that people negligently started giving divorces so he announced that in the case of three divorces at a once he will consider it to be final. This was an administrative order so that Muslims would be warned and pay heed to the seriousness of the matter. The rule of Shariah is the same as stated above. No matter how many times a man pronounces divorce in one time, it will still be counted as a single divorce.
According to your statement, it appears that it was a single divorce. In case of a single divorce, you can get back together during iddah (three menstrual cycles) period. If the time for iddah has already passed, then you can remarry your ex-wife without halala.
