I have applied in post secondary program where one of our units will require us to investigate a Human Cadaever, or a dead Human body that was donated for science.
Does Islam have any prohibitions against this?

No there’s no prohibition in Islam about investigating human corpses. However, care should be taken to treat these bodies with respect and not harm them unnecessarily.
