    No you don’t need to. Ghusl is obligatory when there is ejaculation and you know for sure that there is something and you feel something. That also depends on the honesty of your judgement. I’ve asked this question and this problem is also common with me so that’s why I can answer. If you’ll overthink then you can develop OCD as well so it’s better to just decide honestly, if there is nothing then it was just a dream and there is no need for a ghusl.

    It was not a wet dream and I’m not aroused.something came out of my private part and it’s semen(in the dream).I woke up right away and found no discharge.but my heart was thudding(maybe due to extreme doubt)
