Zakat On Investment Made In Plywood Business
اسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
My brother runs a plywood business and I am the investor, all the goods were purchased by the money I gave. My brother runs with help of two other persons by paying them some percentage out of the earnings and on the remaining profit we share where I get 25% of the remaining profit, rest is his.
My question is, beside what I pay 10% on monthly income i get from this business, do I need to pay yearly for the goods bought with the money I gave initially? as I am the owner of that money i invested and i can claim any time i want and break the partnership. Or we both have to give the zakat incurred on the value of the goods while giving, from our pocket separately? or how is it exactly?
Kindly help me get to the correct view.
