Quran has clearly told us that adultery and fornication are major sins and how severe thair punishment will be. If Allah mentioned it as a major sin in Quran It would’ve mentioned in Other scriptures as a major sin too. But why in other countries mainly in west fornication and adultery are so common. In my opinion in every society there are some God fearing people who want to stay away from sins but why everyone taking it lightly. Have their scriptures changed the ruling on fornication and adultery. There must be a reason that everyone is doing such a serious sin. I heard somewhere jews changed their rulling on fornication so they don’t get punished on premarital sex but has punishment on adultery but in Christianity they don’t have punishment on both. Don’t they know if they don’t have punishment in this world they will be punishment in hereafter. Why Allah just bound the Muslims. Why other are so freehand. Don’t they know their holy books what God us saying to them. Or if they are not clear about it whats their fault in it.

Previous scriptures also forbid adultery and fornication, for example:

    You shall not commit adultery.

    ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭20:14‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do not have sexual relations with your neighbor’s wife and defile yourself with her.

    ‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭18:20‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Orthodox Jews and Christians still consider adultery and fornication to be impermissible. However, the reason why collectively certain societies have become more lenient towards it is because they place a disproportionate value on the concept of freedom of choice.

But they know that this freedom of choice could be harmful for us on the day of judgement

In their society there should be people who are God fearing How come the whole Society could commit this sin. Have they chance meaning in their scriptures or the severity of this sin.

How can the whole society fall for this major sin? What the fault of new borns who open their eyes that kind of Society where they adultery and fornication so casual and normal at the end they will be punished but at some extent its not their fault right.

You have assumed that the entire societies have fallen for the sin. That’s certainly not the case. There are still God conscious people who refrain from it, even though they’re in minority. Truly pious people in any society are always in minority – there’s no surprise there.

But the majority of people commit this sin. Whats the fault of people who raised these kind of Societies. Like in our society every person knows it a sin and a major sin and have severe punishment then someone do it he or she knows its major sin but in west its common when kids starting to grow up they see this in their surroundings in their high school etc will their be relaxation for those people or anything there must be and should be a authentic reason.

You getting my point right? maybe I’m not expressing my thought and confusion clearly

The same case can be made for other major sins, e.g. dishonesty and breaking promises that are generally rampant in the Eastern societies but are not accepted in the Western societies.

We know that God is most just and will serve complete justice to every person according to their knowledge, sincerity, effort, and circumstances.

As common people our job is to focus upon our own deeds in accordance with our knowledge. What others are doing in their own societies or how they will be judged should be the least of concerns.
