Abortion Before 120 Days
I am doctor. Sometimes patient have genetic analysis and find that baby carries genes of disease that can be severe, moderate or mild but before birth it cant be determined severity of disease. So need guidance on this that if abortion before 120 days allowed if there is ambiguity of disease severity as genes says patient will have disease but before birth it cant be determined severity of disease? Can abortion before 120 days done without strong reason even? Particularly answer in sense that If disease is not life threatening but patient will have reduced quality of life in severe disease and maybe die within one year and almost just minor symptoms in mild disease. Asking this because patient wants healthy children free from disease.
