Ghamidi sahab used the word “sarkashi”, what i understood is in the sense of deviation. If right then how beastliness is sarkashi, as it is the nature of animal?

This is figurative speech. Since animals do not follow rational or ethical laws. Their beastliness looks like sarkashi.
