Please share proper reference of the Hadith. The book from which this Hadith is quoted al-sarim-ul-maslool-ala-shatim-ur-rasool is a book by Imam ibn-e-taymia and includes many weak, incomplete narrations and out of context narrations to justify punishment of Blasphemy. Unless we have reference of the Hadith Book from which it is taken, it is hard to comment further on this narration.
