    Assalamualaikum

Today we see like this unnecessary gf bf thing is everywhere. Whenever a person is in some friends’ group, this thing is talked and boasted. If one doesn’t get along then he feels some type of isolated. So Islamically, should one just refuse and may feel isolated or what?

Islam’s concern is the ethical well being of a Muslim. To like someone is not unethical but to indulge in indecent or sexual talk or physical relation is not allowed. One must abstain from corrupting oneself and the society. One should be chaste and marry a chaste person. Also one should keep oneself busy in healthy and constructive activities to avoid these trends in the society.

Human beings have been put to a test in this life. One must try their best to succeed in this test and get their reward with God, which is the eternal. Also the punishment in the hereafter is very severe for the short lived forbidden pleasures of this world.

It’s not about relationship with opposite genders, like in a male group also if you sit so 101% some type of adult talk may happen, so in that regards?

You may alter the topic or show your disinterest by not participating in the talk. And if there is anything unethical You may choose to differ. If the talk is a general adult talk, you can participate to exchange the views within ethical parameters
