Moderators can guide you the best but as per my knowledge and reasoning Christianity is a part of Abrahamic religions which are strictly monotheistic and hence any deviation from that found in the scripture is considered as corruption.

The Bible is collection of many books, including divinely revealed books and the historical record and letters of disciples. Disinformation is a part of historical record and it is obvious it happens to all historical records.

Aa far as the divinely inspired books are concerned, we confine to Torah Psalm and Gospels as they are mentioned in the Quran. Gospels are the collection of memoir compiled centuries after Jesus and they are not in their original language but translations are available. Same goes for Torah. Its original text is lost but translations are available. The problems of translation are found in it.

Other kind of corruption is in the interpretation of the text which was influenced by the biases of the interpretors or their ill intentions. Still these books are reliable to the extent that Allah considered them, as Torah and Injeel asked their holders to follow them in letter and spirit.
