What i have understood from it is that the soul which Allah breathes in us, it’s place is heart. But today we have seen that pig’s heart was transplanted into human and pigs don’t have any soul. But we didn’t get any news that the one to whom heart was transplanted had any effect in his rational, moral or aesthetic sense?

In the video you referred in your post, Ghamidi Sahib answered your question.
He said that heart is like a house where soul resides. If you transplant a new heart, the soul moves to the new heart (the new house).
