    1. Is the inheritance law applicability same for a mentally impaired deceased man and a normal deceased man?

    2. Can a ‘gift deed’ or a ‘will’ be made before the death of an mentally impaired deceased man, based on the inheritance law guidelines, in order to avoid conflicts after the demise?

    3. In what manner can the property/wealth of an mentally impaired man be rightly transferred to the heirs, before his demise?

The authority will administer his affairs. This authority can be the state, or a mutually trusted family member, if the country law allows, etc. the authority will receive and distribute his wealth according to law of inheritance. Gift deed or will cannot be applied here as the person in question has no ability to exercise his will.
