Maintaining The Order Of Salah In All Instances
Assalamualaikum
It is said that if you are a regular Salaat offerer and if you have e.g missed Duhur and forgot to pray, and (even if you have missed) before doing qada of Duhur if you pray Asr then your Asr is not counted, you have to maintain the order of all prayers?

It is said by who and what’s the basis of their argument? Please always provide proper references.

This is ijtihad of these Fuqaha. No such explicit guidance is available in Sharia.
Ghamidi Sahab is of view that for example if it is time of Asr, then it is better to offer Asr Salah first and then previous Salah should be offered.
