I think the primary purpose of the current Meezan Lectures was to teach chapters where Ghamidi Sahab has revised his understanding on certain principal matters (Which in this case were Penal Sharia and Political Sharia). For the rest of the topics, Meezan Lectures are already available. You can find them in the following thread as well:
I cannot say with certainty whether they will ever resume or not, but for the time being they are discontinued.
