Salam. I have an uncle who is a teacher. His salary is around 60k rupees per month. He has no cash or jewellery but he has agricultural property worth millions of rupees. Kia us par hajj farz hai? Kindly answer but woth reference from quran and sunnah. Shukriya

Hajj is fard on the person who can bear the expenses of Hajj and of his households who he left behind. So it is the person to decide if he can afford the expenses or not.
