Abortion After 12 Weeks
I heard from Ghamidi sahab that it’s not permissible to do abortion after 12-weeks and his rationale is right there. But is there any way for exceptional cases like rape victims or women who’s life gets in danger if don’t opt for abortion?

It is not 12 weeks, it is roughly 17 weeks, and exactly 120 days after conception.
