Will On The Basis Of Service Resulting In Injustice
Assalamualaikum
One can bequeath someone on the basis of service rather than relation (will by relation is decided by Allah). But in that bequeath on the basis of service also, one can say that i gave him more service but he didn’t give me anything. So objection can raise here also, that in that will on the basis of service also, one can show his emotions and can be unjust?

The underlying rationale is that a legator cannot decide which stand-alone relatioship is more beneficial for him (benefit here refers to ‘potential benefit‘ that potentially exists because of that stand-alone relationship), but he can decide which person has served him well enough irrespective of the relationship. Injutsice can be committed by anyone anywhere, for which one will held accountable.
