Circumcision Seems An Inhumane And A Cruel Act
I don’t feel comfortable about newborns bring circumcised( khatnay) as it is done without their consent and clearly violates their bodily autonomy. Why is it necessary in islam?

It is for purification. It helps attaining more purity. It is no violation. We did many things with kids for their good. This is one of them. Yes it hurts but pain is an integral part of our life on earth. This thing of purity became a mark for Muslim hood
