Assalamualaikum
i’v medical problem of discharging mazi any time..it is out of my control..i know that due to this only wudhu is obligatory not ghusal…but it is not possible for me everytime to clean my innerwear as i am in my office or somewhere else..what to do ??
how to perform salah in such case ??
can i just perform tha salah only after making fresh wudhu without cleaning innerwear?

The principle in the worship is ease. Whenever an unusual hardship occurs, and easier way is suggest. So you can perform your prayer in the same dress, until it is easy for your to change it.
