Assalamualaikum
In Islam a comprehensive introduction page 92, it’s written that “if power does not emanate from a wise and all-knowing being, then it should be mere tyranny”, can get a little explanation what does he mean by that “tyranny” and how is it “tyranny”?

Power without knowledge and wisdom cannot consider the required concessions and cannot feel need to devise alternatives. Such a power is blind and inconsiderate. It results only in tyranny.
