Is the hadith true that Allah descends in 3rd Part of the night at the lowest heavens and asks His servants for whatever dua they are making? What does Ghamdi saab think or how does he understands This hadith?

Probably this is explanation of Quranic verse 17:78 which mentioned that in morning prayers are witnessed

This is an expression of Allah’s special blessings at this time (‘khuda ka Asman e Dunya ki taraf mutawajjay hona’), expression of the status tahajjud Salah holds in the eyes of Allah, expresison of fact that a person is more closer to Allah at this time and prayers have a more chance to be accepted at this time.
