    Assalamualaikum

In Islam, to attack someone’s identity is not permitted e.g a person who says that he is a Muslim but someone other say that you are not. But even it comes to people who says that we don’t feel man (in a man’s body), but we feel woman and we identify ourselves as a woman. Then to say that no you are a man? Or people who came up with an interpretation of Islam bring a complete social order, to call them people with a political interpretation of Islam or Islamismers etc?

So then we will see that what by and large people say about the finality of Prophet SAW, and they say that Prophet SAW was the final Prophet. Then on that basis what Qadiyanis are said in Pakistan’s constitution then that is right?

Human nature is attuned in a way that it deals with such matters rightly on its own, for the most part e.g. gender distinction, to seek a partner from opposite gender for intimate needs, creation of a state for humans etc. Religion does not interfere in these matters of nature (amr- e-tabae), unless our actions (arising out of our irada-o-iktiyar/freewill) in these domains of nature somewhow impact the overall objective of religion i.e. Tazkiya (pakeezgi/purity). Therefore, gender identity for the most part has had been very clear throughtout the centuries divided into male and female genders, with distinct genitalia without any room for mistake. The transgender has had always been considered an exception to general forms of gender and humans have done law making to ensure their rights. Some nuances in this domain will continue to be a matter of human debate and law making. Therefore, from a legal standpoint, a person with clear signs of one distinct gender cannot be considered as opposite gender based on his/her inner feelings.

Finality of Prophet Muhammad (sws) is purely a religious matter, it cannot be decided on the same grounds as deciding matters of nature (i.e. through induction). For a religious matter, reference to religious text is necessary. And after that reference, the difference can arise because of differences in interpretation of religious text. In religious matters, the population does not matter, rather the argument matters. In order to declare someone non-muslim otherwise claiming to be muslim, we need a reference to religious text which we do not have in this case.

To know the difference between Amr-e-Tabai and Amr-e-Sharae and their respective domains.
