Divorce During Menstrual Periods
Sir I gave third talaq to my wife during her menses. Now we both regret and want to do some sort of Ruju. However someone told us that during menses Talaq is not counted and is invalid.
I want your opinion and view on this matter.

Divorce during menstrual periods is not automatically invalid, however, the court of law can require the husband to take a corrective action. Please see the following for details:
