Divorce Of Previous Nikah To Be Counted In Divorce Given In New Nikah?

I need guidance about talaq counting.
I gave one talaq to my wife in a state of extreme anger and rage and it was verbal. I did ruju immediately.
Then I gave another Talaq but could not do Ruju within three menstural cycles or months. Then we had to do another Nikah with new Meher.
Then I gave another Talaq few days ago.
My question is this last one is third one or first one now after repeat new nikah

The latest one is the first after the new Nikah.
