    How Many Rakats To Offer After Juma Salah

    Salam,

    In addition to Farz prayers at mosque with people, how many more Rakats do we need to say like Sunnat or Nafl??

    The Prophet’s routine was to offer two rak‘at at home once he returned from the mosque after praying zuhr, maghrib and ‘isha. He followed a similar routine after the Friday prayer.

    No authentic mention of his prayers before Juma prayer.

    Thanks for the response. It means 2 farz with Jamaat at mosque for Jumma and then 2 Nafl at home. Correct?

    Jazaak Allah. One additional query is around Zuhr prayers on Jumma. If you pray for Jumma 2 Farz at mosque then do you need to still pray Zuhr? As some people say Jumma is additional prayers for Friday and rest of 5 Farz Namazs are still to be offered on Friday. Kindly advise. Thanks.
