Unclear Hadith About Keeping Dogs
Hello there!
Assalamualaikum u alaykum, my question is that there’s a Hadith that is narrated,
Sahih Muslim 1574 a
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying
He who keeps a dog other than that meant for watching the herd or for hunting loses every day out of his deeds equal to two qirat.

I have read other threads on this issue but i could not find a proper answer as to what this hadith explains, the only explanation that i found in this platform was that in the video of Hasan Ilyas, in his video “Islam on keeping dogs”. There too the version of the narration where he explained that this is for those chained and caged up dogs and he also emphasized on words of Prophet, something like “this is the punishment”. I could not find this version of hadith as they stated. Where such words were there or why mention of those dogs who are chained or caged up etc.
Can you provide me that hadith and also ghamid sahab’s own comments on this hadith?
