Yes. They become mothers to whom they nurse and other blood relation of her too becomes Mehram for the child, like her daughter becomes the child’s sister, her sister becomes the child’s aunt.
The prophet is reported to respect his Razaai mothers. He used to send them gifts and take care of them.
