surah Al mamun ayat 7
and refuse to give ˹even the simplest˺ aid.
mera ek dost hei Jo ke kabhi kabhi mujse kapde kahi par jane ke liye mang leta hei zyada tar me na nehi kehta aur aisa bhi nehi woh bohot garib ya use pehenne ke liye kapde hee na ho darasal usne mujhe ek coat manga tha jo ki mene use pehle bhi ek bar de chuka hu par woh mera favourite coat hei kya har bar mangne par dena zaruri hei apne pasand ki chizo ko 😊 meine usko us coat ke badle koi dusre chiz du jo woh pehen chake .
kya aisa karna bhi is ayah ke mutabiq galat hoga agar koi chiz mange aur na du toh bar bar 😑

Here the permanent attitude is being discussed. Occasionally it happens we sometimes refuse for some reasons. But without reason adopting a permanent attitude of this kind of miserliness is condemnable.
