Sahih Bukhari Hadith # 5943, On Tattooing And Removing Hair From Face
I watched a clip of ghamidi sb on Ytb in which he replied that tattooing is allowed to the extent that it does not violate those 5 gunnah mentioned in Quran e Pak, but this hadith confuses me as it clearly states that its tattooing is prohibited.

tattooing done for immoral reasons and that hair removal done for the same reasons is surely an evil practice.
There is no clash between the verse and the Hadith you refer to.
