Ruju Without Divorce
Hi. My question is if a person says something to his wife and because of waswasas and ocd he doubts that the words may have caused the divorce (there was no intension also). Even after confirming with scholars that no divorce took place in the first place, the person says the words of Rujju to be on the safe side and for peace of mind. Does doing this unnecessary rujju have any affect on marriage status? Or does this Ruju have any significance even though no divorce was intended in the first place?

No it won’t have any effect.
But the person should seek medical help with his psychological issues (doubts and OCD).
