Question is , we all have heard that if someone repentance his or her sins are wiped out.

I cant reference to hadiths or verses of quran specifically but you get the point.

My question is ; we are also told in quran that we are being recorded by angels [ or kiramen katibeen] ! If we are forgiven the sins we repent from to God, then I assume they still will be recorded? Because that makes the most sense logically to any human.

And if we are forgiven those sins, but they are still recorded , would there be any effects of them on day of judgement. Because at the end of the day sin is sin, and there are consequences for them.

Can you kindly explain this 2 points?

    Thank you.
