Imam Dhahabi's Major Sins (Kitab Al-Kabair)
As’salamualaykum,
Can we consider all the topics of the book “Kitab Al-Kabair ” of Imam Dhahabi (rha) as “Farz” because they are all actions, worship etc backed by quran verses in which Allah (swt) will question for not doing on the day of judgement.

The topics you cited are not in my knowledge, however, in principle, what is Farz is well known, what is obligatory in shariah are a few rituals, like prayer, fast, zakat and hajj and their requisites. The forbidden acts are also well known like adultery, usury, etc.
In matters of ethics and morality, it is our sense of morality that guides us and any deviation from it makes one accountable to God.
