The birth of a dead or alive child makes him or her worthy to have a formal burial with funeral prayer. He or she is a human being.

What about the child died inside mothers womb (reham)?

According to our understanding, human personality is given to the child after the completion of 4th month of pregnancy. Before it, it is not human, after that it is human, so will be dealt with accordingly.
