Completing Things That Are Considered Rights For Worldly Purpose
Hello there, Assalaam u alaykum
My question is that in this hadith
Aisha reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sent for Uthman ibn Mazh’un and he came. The Prophet said, “O Uthman, do you not desire my practice?” Uthman said, “O Messenger of Allah, no by Allah. I seek your practice.” The Prophet said, “Verily, I sleep and I pray, I fast and I break my fast, and I marry women. Fear Allah, O Uthman, for your family has rights over you and your guest has rights over you. Verily, your own self has rights over you, so fast and break your fast, pray and sleep.”

In this hadith we are told that our body also has a right over us, which i guess is taking care of it and being healthy. So my question was that such rights or needs of body (sleep, nutrition) if it’s done out of intention that Allah has put this right on me and by fulfilling it I’ll please Allah, then it becomes an act of Deen and worship and hence reward may be earned. But my question is that if it’s not done out of this intention, and intention is to please someone etc. It would not be a rewarding act but still would it be Halal? Like i was feeling tired but i decided to not sleep, but my friend for example says come on bro let’s sleep so we become fresh and or he wants me to take care of my health and sleep. So i sleep in this way, to make him pleased, so automatically the need of body to sleep is fulfilled, so is it permissible with such intention to please other? ( Note that i am not pleasing him for doing it for Allah’s pleasure or fulfilling a religious thing. It’s just a normal thing, to sleep which i am pleasing him)
